/ about — 00

A rhizome has no center and no fixed order. It grows from the middle, in every direction at once.

Rhizomium is a modular GPU node environment built for real-time generative visuals and evolving fields — a place where synthesis, structure, and growth coexist.

/ features — 03 modules

01

WebGPU Core

Compute and render on the GPU. Thousands of nodes evaluated per frame, no dropped frames.

02

Modular Nodes

Patch signals into structure. Every node is a living, editable field you can rewire mid-flow.

03

Real-time Fields

Feedback, noise, and growth that evolve continuously as you perform — never the same frame twice.

/ showreel

field_reel_2026 · 02:14

A single continuous take of fields growing, feeding back and reacting in real time. Everything you see is composed from nodes and driven live — no pre-rendered frames.

/ controls — drive it live

Patch any signal to any parameter. Rhizomium listens to your hardware, your software and the room itself.

Map a knob to feedback gain, a fader to growth rate, or the low end of a track to node density. Controls are first-class inputs — bind them once and perform without touching a mouse.

MIDI

Hardware control

Plug in any MIDI controller and learn a mapping in one click. Knobs, faders and pads bind straight to node parameters.

OSC

Network messaging

Send and receive OSC over the network. Drive fields from TouchOSC, Max, a phone or another machine on stage.

Audio Analyzer

Sound-reactive fields

FFT, beat and level analysis from any audio input. Route bands to any parameter so the visuals move with the music.

VJ Controller

Live performance deck

Cue scenes, crossfade fields and trigger presets from a dedicated VJ layout built for the stage, not the studio.

  • +RZ CoreThe full node engine and canvas runtime. Open source, and yours whether you pay or not.
  • +Patch ReviewReads a patch and reports problems, dead nodes and likely mistakes. 2 a day.
  • +Canvas AssistInline suggestions while you work: naming, wiring, parameter hints. 15 a day.
  • +Publish to the galleryA page for your work and a 3D space to show it in.

  • +Multi-Screen OutputDrive walls and multi-projector setups from one patch.
  • +AI Creative DirectorDirection over a whole piece: sequencing, variation, critique. 1 a day.

  • +Pro Artist Panel Included with Cloude. Not yet sold on its own — there is no add-on checkout.
  • +Server-Side Rendering Not available yet, on any plan. It needs GPUs we do not have, and a GPU costs the same idle as busy — so rather than fold a guess into a subscription, it will be priced on its own once there is a machine behind it.
